About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Interior Design Specialist with expertise in drawings, production, and architectural detailing. Proficiency in Revit and CAD software is essential for this role. As a Senior Interior Design Specialist at Dar Al Omran Saudi Arabia, you will play a pivotal role in translating design concepts into meticulously crafted interior design plans.
Responsibilities
Technical Drawings: Create detailed interior design drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details, adhering to industry standards and precision.
Production: Oversee the production of design documents and drawings, ensuring they align with design concepts and specifications.
CAD and Revit Proficiency: Utilize CAD and Revit software to develop, modify, and maintain interior design drawings with a high level of proficiency.
Detailing: Pay meticulous attention to architectural detailing, ensuring that all design elements are accurately represented in drawings and specifications.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with interior designers, architects, and project managers to ensure seamless coordination between design and technical execution.
Quality Assurance: Conduct comprehensive reviews and quality checks of design documents to eliminate errors and maintain consistency.
Code and Regulation Compliance: Ensure all interior design plans comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Project Documentation: Maintain organized project documentation, including drawing archives and revisions.
Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members, fostering their professional growth and development.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
Minimum of [7] years of experience in interior design, specializing in drawings, production, and architectural detailing.
Proficiency in CAD and Revit software is mandatory.
