The complex boasts residential towers, varying in height from 23 to 27 floors, seamlessly melding with the surrounding urban landscape via back roads and a series of commercially-inclined passageways.
As the lead design consultant, DAR AL OMRAN incorporated two basements and ample parking spaces into the design. A five-floor podium stands as the centerpiece, where the ground floor encompasses commercial spaces and reception areas. The mezzanine level, curated with meticulous engineering and supervision, houses a food court, myriad shops, a range of restaurants, and designated prayer areas.
