Challenge:
The challenge lay in blending the rich cultural heritage of Al-Fehaheel with modern architectural needs. Al-Manshar Complex required a redesign that not only preserved the traditional values but also integrated contemporary features for a dynamic shopping and entertainment experience. Additionally, the complex had to serve as a functional space for the local community, connecting the old and new elements while respecting the urban fabric.

The design incorporated advanced construction technologies and sustainable methods, creating a harmonious fusion between traditional architecture and modern requirements. The urban design was carefully planned to integrate air-conditioned passageways, covered courtyards with metal and tent-like ceilings, and modern amenities, ensuring a human connection through shared public spaces.
