Challenge:
As the headquarters for Fly Shahin, the design needed to reflect the company’s dynamic and fast-paced aviation business while ensuring a contemporary and engaging workspace. The challenge was to create an office environment that enhances collaboration, productivity, and employee well-being, all within a compact 500m² space. Additionally, the design had to optimize natural light usage and material selection to cultivate a workspace that is both functional and aesthetically inspiring.
Approach:
The design strategy focused on spatial fluidity and configurational efficiency, ensuring that the office layout encourages social interaction and productivity. By integrating open-plan workspaces with strategic zoning, the office fosters a dynamic, flexible, and collaborative environment.
Material selection and color schemes were meticulously curated to enhance visual appeal and cognitive comfort, using natural textures, modern finishes, and soft, inviting tones to create a balanced and inspiring workspace.
