2013 - The three cities assigned within the scope of this terms of reference include elaboration of master plans for Arbat, Darbandikhan and Said-Sadq, all located within the Sulaymaniyah Governorate.
Arbat sub-district is located closest to Sulaymaniyah City, and populated by almost 28,000 inhabitants. Darbandikhan district has a population of about 40,000 inhabitants and Said- Sadq district has a population of about 65,000 inhabitants.
