This five-star hotel, stretching up to approximately 130 meters, is poised to be one of Riyadh's tallest edifices. It showcases 280 meticulously designed guest rooms, luxurious spas, an expansive ballroom, and state-of-the-art conference facilities. Its distinctive structure not only offers panoramic vistas of the city's commercial hub and the vast surrounding desert but also contributes a signature silhouette to the metropolis's skyline. Central to the hotel's design is a luminous atrium, ensuring all guest rooms benefit from natural illumination, which also enriches the corridors and the sky lobby spaces beneath.
