Project Description:
2021 - As the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties encompasses several organizations, DAO, with its expertise in engineering and office design, ensured flexibility and adaptability in the space planning of the building. Demonstrating the principles of modern interior design, the ground floor is envisioned as a vibrant public gathering point. This area will cater to visitors, trainees, and part-time employees, seamlessly merging flexible working settings and multi-purpose halls. The cafeteria, further elevating the concept of modern interior design, is not just a place to eat but will also be the central communal hub for the main SCHS employees. On the upper floors, the design ingeniously introduces a circular route around the building’s floor plan, fostering a continuous flow of employees and infusing a sense of spaciousness and openness to the interior spaces. This circular route doubles as a walking track that employees can utilize during business calls, virtual meetings, or brief breaks. Such an innovative approach to office design aims to enhance the overall health and productivity of the employees, perfectly aligning with and furthering the SCHS vision.
